Bayfront Band Review and Festival 2016

Bayfront Band Review and Festival – Saturday, November 12th

pbf-logo-imageParade Band Foundation, Inc. continues to keep an American tradition alive in our communities; showcasing their youth and their involvement in the musical arts publicly on parade and on stage.  Since its beginning in 2010, Parade Band Foundation has helped to support music programs by providing over $40,000 in grants, scholarships, and incentives to schools and their music programs for being involved in their community.  Silk Road Productions is involved for the first time to produce the festival portion at the Chula Vista Bayfront!

Its signature event has brought together tens of thousands of pbf-band_flutepeople, hundreds of businesses, over 100 community groups and features dozens of marching bands for a free public event.  Parade Band Foundation continues its mission to help sustain community events by providing resources and expense alleviation to major parade/marching band reviews throughout California and partners with some of the nation’s longest and most-established events.

As the largest free event of its kind in San Diego County and top five largest in Southern California, the annual event draws thousands of scholastic music participants from throughout San Diego and as far as Burbank, Diamond Bar, Lancaster, Rowland Heights, Placentia, El Monte, Downey, Pico Rivera, Pomona, Palm Desert, Imperial Valley, Lake Elsinore, La Habra, and Yorba Linda — all to Chula Vista.
