The San Diego Asian Film Festival is an annual event of the San Diego Asian Film Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the diverse Pan Asian experience through the media arts.
Since 2000, the San Diego Asian Film Festival has premiered hundreds of films and videos from around the world, gaining an international reputation as one of North America's premiere Asian American film festivals for our excellent programs, outreach to the community, and support for independent artists.
Our emphasis is on Asian American cinema, but we also showcase international films, along with shorts, animation, experimental films and music videos.

Silk Road Productions is helping the San Diego Asian Film Foundation bring the excitement of the Film Festival to Little Italy for the opening night reception after party at the Airport Lounge! There will be special guests and music to keep the excitement of the first night of the film festival alive through the evening. Ticket holders from the theater will be eligible for special prize drawings!

Continuing with the SDAFF momentum, Silk Road Productions is on hand to help produce and present Blowfish, a dynamic musical expostion at Aubergine in downtown San Diego. Blowfish is an exploration of the intersection of beats, rhymes and film, through live performance and projected videos. Blowfish hosts a dynamic and revolutionary convergence of Asian American talent and a deadly but delicious mix of Los Angeles party-rocking and local San Diego flavor.
