We will be presenting a free life coaching workshop on self-improvement and how to make all aspects of your life in harmony in order to reach your goals. Life Coach Michael Aguinaldo, founder of the Avatar Center, is an experienced and qualified life coach who will provide a sample of the techniques he shows his clients to help them become the people they want to be.

Aguinaldo coaches people with holistic and modern techniques that help people reach their potential and resolve internal conflicts. "What if you could empower yourself to make the difference in your life that you have always wanted but for some reason couldn't make happen?" This is one of the questions Aguinaldo asks, as he designs his seminars for self-improvement.

This will be an uplifting, transformative experience that will empower you by working through your problems and providing the tools to process your mental blocks and anxieties within a positive, supportive atmosphere.
